My Story

Hi and thanks for stopping by. Talking about myself isn’t my strong point but I think I owe you to introduce myself. My name is Linda and I’m a cake artist based in North East England. I’m not British, I’m originally from Latvia, a small northern country by the Baltic Sea, it’s quite beautiful and definitely worth a visit. I’ve lived in England since 2005, yeah it’s been a minute! The story of my cake journey is quite common, yes I got into it when I was expecting my child, all I wanted to do is make his 1st birthday cake and fell in love with the creative side of cake making. It was all very new and exciting for me, but it wasn’t until 2018 when I started seriously looking at my, then hobby as a way of sustainable business. Since then I have steadily grown my little company despite so many setbacks and I’m proud of what I have achieved. I’m a single Mam so sometimes it isn’t all sunshine and roses, but one thing is certain, I love my job, and I love creating wonderful things in form of cake.
